How It Works

Taking Back Your Time

Your time should belong to you. The same goes for your future. Let’s take them back, together!

We’ve outlined a simple process we’re using to continue taking control of our time by generating passive income. These steps will help you get educated, ask the right questions, and make your own decisions.

Let’s own the future, together.

STEP 1

Set Your Passive Income Goal

Begin with the end in mind. Setting a destination in the first step in any journey.

So we’ll work together to get clear on your short, medium, and long-term goals.

STEP 2

Learn the Basics of Passive Real Estate Investing

As a real estate professional you already have plenty of real estate investing knowledge. To really make real estate investing passive, we’ll help you fill in any gaps there may be.

We walk through how 24 Capital Group deploys capital, so you can get a feel for how deals are structured, how distributions work, and what to do when an investment undergoes a capital event.

Step 3

Co-Invest with 24 Capital Group

Once we’ve gotten to know each other, and made sure it’s the right fit, your next step is to invest in our latest real estate opportunity. We guide you every step of the way.

From reviewing the investment summary and private placement documents to wiring your funds and receiving your first of many distributions. We’ll help you own your future.

STEP 4

Own Your Future

Now that your money is working for you, you can spend your time doing the things you love.

We’re building our portfolio right alongside you. As we monitor and manage our investments we’ll take back our time together.

Own Your Future

Do I have to be an accredited investor to invest with 24 Capital Group?

No, at this time, 24 Capital Group does work with non-accredited investors with whom we have a previous substantial relationship. So we want you to get to know us!
Not sure if you’re accredited or not?

As defined by the SEC, an accredited investor, in the context of a natural person , includes anyone who:

  • earned income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse or spousal equivalent ) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year, OR
  • has a net worth over $1 million, either alone or together with a spouse or spousal equivalent (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence).

For more information, visit the SEC definition.

Do I have to be a real estate professional to invest?

No. While we do specialize in helping high performing realtors and brokers, we work with investors from all fields.

Can I invest in real estate tax free?

In our experience real estate cash flow can be tax-preferred. In fact, this is one of the greatest benefits of investing in real estate.

We are not tax advisors.

Can I invest via my retirement account?

Yes. If you have an IRA it is possible to roll it over into a self-directed IRA or solo 401k custodian, which allows you to invest your tax-advantaged retirement dollars into alternative investments that a standard IRA will not.

If you have questions, contact us and we’ll be happy to connect one of our pros!

What kind of real estate does 24 Capital Group invest in?

Our focus is helping you take back your time and own your future. To do that we invest in a mix of assets that provide a balance of cash flow and appreciation weighted toward cash flow.

At the time of this writing we’re investing asset classes like short-term rentals, mobile home parks, and apartments to accomplish these goal with you.

What are your historical returns?

We’ll be happy to walk you through a case study of one of our recent deals so you can see how your investment would have performed. Let’s hop on a call.

How do I get paid?

We typically provide distributions quarterly or monthly depending on the deal. Distributions from any investments are a result of the receipt of payments from the underlying assets and are NOT guaranteed.

Before you invest, we’ll make sure you have a clear picture of when and how often you can expect your distributions.
